We have just started our first contract with the new thinner stone granite cladding which is 10mm-15mm thick, previously it was 30mm-40mm thick. This is supplied by our French supplier Bretagne Granits who have recently invested in new equipment enabling them to produce the thinner version.
The cladding is adhesive fixed back to either blockwork, as in this project, or it can be adhesive fixed back to concrete or cement board, once fixed it is then pointed and gives the look of a traditional random stone wall.
