International Finance Centre One

Granite Le Pelley has finished the installation of the Architectural precast concrete on the Jersey project – JIFC Building No 4. The elements have been produced by Sterling Services in Somerset. The precast elements are made of a White Dolomite mix with an acid etched finish. The project includes a total of 126 columns and 80 beams. The maximum weight of the precast unit at 3 Tonnes. The precast concrete is load bearing directly to the foundation and restraint.
