New built office development, Granite Rain screen cladding and paving. STONE TYPES AND FINISHES – Wet cast acid etched reconstituted stone panels to main elevations. Colour to match Portland for No 47 and a selected colour for No 45. Polished Rosa Porrino granite plinth
for No 45 and a polished Crème champagne plinth for No 47. CONSTRUCTION – Nominal 100 block/concrete, 75 cavity with insulation and 100 stone. Stainless steel support brackets for the stone panels.
