Granite Le Pelley has helped to clean one of Jersey's historic dolmens after it was vandalised last month by offering the use of their DOFF System which is normally used to clean conservation and restoration building projects.
The system was perfect to wash graffiti from the site in Mont Ubé as it is a very gentle but effective way of cleaning and requires not chemicals.
Dolmens are sacred areas used as a burial grounds and for important rituals thousands of years ago and the stones are believed to date back to the Neolithic period and be over 5000 years old.
