Granite Le Pelley Jersey are about to embark on their largest project to date at the Horizon development on the Waterfront.
The development is being built by French contractor Legendre and the Jersey Development Company and will consist of 280 one, two and three bedroom waterside apartments along with a new neighborhood of shops, restaurants and public spaces.
Pascal and the team have been working with the Legendre team for over two years to develop the installation process along with completing a number of trials and tests to ensure the installation of the facades go smoothly. All Granite Le Pelley staff are ready to get on site, having suffered a number of delays due to Covid, to ensure the buildings become a landmark development in St Helier upon the phased completion which is due in 2023 and 2024.
